What happens after payment?
Stripe returns you to a confirmation page. Once the site verifies payment, you see “Thank you for your order” and a “Download your PDF” button. Save your PDF before leaving.
A Stripe payment receipt email depends on the store's Stripe email settings. Where transactional delivery has been activated, a separate thank-you email includes your private book-download link. If it does not arrive, use the confirmation page and contact support. Keep the private confirmation URL for download access and do not share it.
If payment succeeds but the download does not open, contact reports@homecostengine.com with the purchase date and receipt reference. Do not email card details.
